Shipping and Return Policy
We do not drop ship. All orders are shipped from our location in Oregon.
Shipping processing time: Sun-Fri orders placed before 8pm PST ship next day.
Sat order placed before 8am PST ship same day.
We strive for same day or next day shipping via the above deadlines on 98-99% of orders and will reach out immediately if there is a delay in your order.
Internationally we ship to Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
We use USPS for all shipping locations except Canada.
For Canada we use may also use UPS. All international orders are sent Priority and typically take 7-10 days not including customs.
We do not ship blades Internationally.
US Shipping options for orders under $90: First class or Priority
We offer Free First Class Shipping on all U.S. Orders over $90 and under 1lb: On orders over $90 and over 1lb we will either ship priority or commercial ground. You can elect to pay priority if you would like to get/guarantee priority shipping.
How long does shipping take? First Class shipping typically takes 2-7 days, while priority is 1-3 days. During the holiday seasons and when USPS experiences delays orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.
Parts and Blades: We offer returns and exchanges for 30 days after shipping. Shipping costs from the original order are not refundable, and you cover shipping costs back to us. Parts & blades must be returned with no visible signs of use to receive a full refund. And for any large returns or exchanges made without a valid reason (example: damaged parts) they may be subject to withheld transaction fees and shipping costs at Outer Rims discretion.
Electronics: Baselit electronics bought separately are warrantied for 90 days, while baselits bought with a saber and all Xenopixels have 360 day warranty.
